Hello Everyone!

Thank you so much for coming to my page. I will tell you a little about how I got started with the Polar Plunge. My baby sister Melissa was pregnant last year and she needed someone to take her place so there I was with nothing to do on a Saturday but PLUNGE into icy water. That was my first year and definetly not my last. I had to one up it this year so that is why I started my team with my wonderful husband and wonderful siblings.

I put my fundraising goal low because I wasn't sure if I would be able to pull off a large number but boy am I happily proving myself wrong. I am so greatful for all the donations that I have recieved so far and the ones still coming in.  All the funds raised for the plunge stay here in NE and that makes me very happy. The Special Olympics of Nebraska offers so many wonderful things. I am so happy I get to be apart of something so GREAT!

I have talked my husband into wearing a speedo for his first time and he didn't seem to mind very much so I said great. 

Please help out a wonderful cause and donate! This money means a lot to a lot of people. Hope to see you all on March 10, 2012 in Kearney
