Hi Everyone!  We're again doing the back to back walkathons this year! Welcome to our C.A.R.E Strut For Strays Fundraising Page!  We can't wait to get out and do our bit for the shelter pets again this year!  Strut for Strays is on Saturday morning May 9.  We appreciate all the overwelming generousity and support from all of you for our favorite causes.  C.A.R.E is our local Evanston Animal Shelter and this event raisies funds for this all volunteer shelter.  We enjoy doing these projects and the walkathons are great fun.  We know times are tight this year for everyone, though the need at the shelters is overwelming.  We want to let you know we're out there doing our thing and trying to make a difference for the little guys at the shelter who need us to look out for them.  Feel free to make a gift to C.A.R.E by using this webpage and supporting us or just come out for the walk with us.  If financial resources are slim please consider donating supplies and high quality pet food to the shelter.  Paper towels, bleach, pet food are always needed.  (Check the website for the shelter wish list!)  Better yet, if you have room in your heart and home there are many wonderful pets who would love a new family to love them and give them new homes and a second chance.  Thanks so much everyone and Happy Spring!  Sincerely, Angi, Frank and Timber
