Animal Placement Bureau
Thank you for visiting the Animal Placement Bureau fundraising page! APB is an all volunteer, all foster, no-kill dog rescue. APB is in urgent need of donations to continue our work for homeless dogs. Your donation will help provide medical care, food, and other necessities for our dogs until they are adopted into forever homes.
Meet Sally. Sally was found almost starved to death chained to a post in a backyard. Her owner said that they couldn’t afford to feed her , so they just stopped. A group approached the owner and promised to feed her if he would give her up to a rescue. APB volunteered to take her in and find her a home where she would be loved and treated like a family member.
She had been chained outside her entire life . She had 2 litters of puppies, before she was finally spayed, and now she is fighting for her life. She had never been to a vet and never been given any vaccinations or heartworm preventative. Because of this, she contracted heartworm, which is easily preventable but difficult and expensive to treat once a dog gets it.
Despite what she has been through, Sally is a sweet and affectionate dog who will make a wonderful pet once she is healthy.
Please consider making a donation to help us care for and place homeless dogs. No amount is too small! Donating through this website is simple, fast, totally secure, and tax-deductible.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
