Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!  This year I'm training for my fourth Chicago Marathon on behalf of Special Olympics.  It started four years ago as a 'check the box', to run a marathon once in my life.  Through my first marathon experience, I fell in love with running while meeting some lifelong friends.  The last three years, I fundraised and ran on behalf of finding a cure for cancer. 

Special Olympics is an amazing organization that supports athletes with intellectual disabilities by giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of skills and friendship with their families, other athletes and the community.  Every donation makes a difference.
