Definition of violence: unjust use of force or power

On Sunday October 17th, I will be taking part in the 15th Annual Walk and Candlelight Vigil for the Melrose Alliance Against Violence.  The purpose of this walk is to honor victims of domestic violence and raise awareness and funds for MAAV's prevention programs.

As a mother of 2 young girls...as a woman...as a friend...as a survivor ... I am determined to teach by example ~ love and respect and break the cycle of domestic violence.

Please join me in supporting MAAV and the very important work that they do in our community.  Walk with me on October 17th and help me reach my fundraising goal.
