Both my Aunt Muggs and my Grandma Gert were big fans of getting a good education.  Aunt Muggs believed too that we should help others get a good education, that is why she was one of the founders of the Marion Middle School in St. Louis.  Grandma knew the value of an education and encouraged us to be all that we could be.

Kids In Need is a great organization, providing school supplies free of charge to kids that not only don't have the pencil or paper needed to participate but often don't have the meals to nourish their bodies and brains.  It also provides grants to teachers.

Even if you can't give I lot, I encourage you to give whatever you can.  And please, share this with others you know who have a passion for educating American children.
