Thank you for coming & hearing about our 10th Anniversary Walk!

George and I are raising money for a walk called Memories That Move Us.  We are all walking in memory of someone we loved. Our donations will help grieving children after someone in their family has died, either their mom or dad, or a brother or sister.

As part of my work at a grief center called The Children's Room, I'm in a support group called Sparkling Hearts. We meet every other week with a big group of children, teens and parents who are all grieving a similar loss. Through talking circles, artwork, physical expression, and healing rituals, children can be together and feel support and acceptance. Being with these children as they heal and help each other is inspiring.

We made this fundraising page to honor our dear friend, James Farrell, who died from a heart attack. We are walking in memory of Jimmy, and also in memory of George's brother Frank, and in memory of my friend Marcela who died from pancreatic cancer.
