Hope you appreciate the artist's redition of my intense training regimin to the left here!  Doing my second walk for the Village this year and hoping to raise some funds for a good cause and help to provide a better quality of life for some wonderful people.

 

The theme for this year is a 70's theme since the first walk was in 1971 so I don't think I can make it any clearer than this:

Don't be a square or a jive turkey, get hip to the scene and get your freak on down by donating to the Village benefit walk.......... Groovy Baby?  Well right on my psychadellic sisters and brothers......... avoid a bad trip and contribute!  If you don't its just the man holding you down connformo!  Peace love and flower power!
