As many of you know I was fortunate enough to have been the 321st patient to receive a heart transplant at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.  They have now performed over 500 transplant surgeries and remains one of the most active in the country, ranking ninth in the nation by volume.  I am blessed to be able to particpate in the fund raising efforts of the organization, as they continue to be a beacon of light where there seemingly is none.   Any contribution you can make will be greatly appreciated and will definately warm my heart and the hearts of others.
