Wecome to Area 16 Sponsor-a-Champ for Winter Games 2013!

The Winter Games are held in Acme, Michigan February 5-8, 2013. Our Kalamazoo Athletes are eager to begin their training so that they can compete in Alpine Skiing, Snowboarding and Nordic Skiing at these games. The State Winter Games are a great way for our amazing Athletes show their athletic abilities.

We already know that, once again this year, our Ski Team is growing.  We would love to be able to afford to send all of our Winter Sports Athletes to Winter Games.  To do this, we need your help.  In addition to transportation costs, the cost of sending each Athlete, Coach, Chaperon and Medical Staff to Winter Games is $120 per person.  By donating all or part of this cost, you are helping to send our Kalamazoo Special Olympics Team to the 2013 Winter Games.

As always, because Area 16 is run entirely by volunteers, 100% of your donation is used to provide programs for our Kalamazoo Athletes.
