This child has only experienced 10 years of life and already he has impacted the hearts of so many individuals.  Words cannot express what Carlos means to our family.  He is my little brother and without any awareness, he has taught me to value life and everything that I have been blessed with.  We hope that everyone who visits this page decides to join us in our efforts to educate society on the beauty and abilities of all individuals born with that extra something in them. That extra chromosome must be filled with love, happiness, and acceptance because that is all we have encountered with Carlos.
