I am dedicating my running to my mother who suffers from severe kidney disease. She has been through three kidney transplants and is striving to hold on to this last one. I am planning on running the Gasparilla Half Marathon in February. I am currently setting up a schedule of 5Ks and 10Ks to help prepare for the big day.

Two weeks ago I injured my knee and I cannot run long distances in fear that I might do permanent  damage to my knee.
I am, however going to do the 13 miles on the elliptical and I will try my best to do 5Ks. I am sorry if i disappointed anyone, I am disappointed myself. Thank you for the support!
