Turbo was puppy when Dawn saw him at the Maricopa County shelter. He had been left in a crate in an abandoned house. Most of his hair was gone and he had thick crusty scales all over his little body. It was mange. After a lot of hard work, medication and love, his hair grew back and he was adopted. His adopted family moved to Virginia for work and they have to move again only they can't take Turbo with them. We are going to bring back to Arizona and we need your help. Any amount will go along way to bring Turbo home.
