UPDATE: Monday October 5th - Stormy had surgery and is recovery nicely. He is back to his old puppy ways and keeping foster mom Julie very busy. We still need your support to cover his medical bills. Please give whatever you can. Thank you.

Storm is a 4 month old puppy that Arizona Beagle Rescue took in from Pinal County. He was rescued from a hoarding situation. He appears healthy on the outside but his little heart is working 4 times as hard to pump blood throughout his little body. This heart abnormality was discovered during a routine vet exam. He had another exam with a specialist and the heart diagnosis was confirmed. At the end of this month he will have a consultation with a specialist from Texas, who comes once a month to Arizona. He will instruct the local specialist on a procedure that should not only save Stormy's life but give him a full lifetime of belly rubs.
