The 2009 Pittsburgh Lupus Loop has now passed. We raised close to $2,000 by the end of the day! Aubrey won an award for being a top fundraiser, and the day turned out perfect.  Sunny, but not too sunny, cool, but not too cool. 

Thank you for your support and we will see you next year, for Team Hope Floats Part Dos!

 

As a side note, I'd like to take a moment to personally thank Big Ben and Willie Colon, as well as the rest of the Steelers, who showed up at the Loop.  You paused to take pictures with us, took time to care...and we really appreciated that.  It was the highlight of the entire event for Team Hope Floats, when Ben started yelling "Team Hope Floats first!" for pictures...I don't think I'll ever forget that.

And, all of you are like, so much bigger in person.  Like scary huge footballers.  It was nuts! Thanks again - Aubrey
