Hello Friends and Family!

On December 3rd, my hockey family and I will to be the guests of the Rockford IceHogs as we raise awareness of pancreatic cancer by playing in a hockey game at the home of the Rockford IceHogs (Chicago Blackhawks AHL affiliate).

Please join us in our fight against pancreatic cancer and donate whatever you can to this page.  If you can make it out to the game in person, the details and ticket information are listed below!  If not, please make a contribution to this page.

All proceeds from this page will be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in memory of our good Friend, Tom Jacobson.

My personal goal is to raise $1000 for this great event, let's get there together!

Silent auction during IceHogs' game!

All HASB net proceeds and $5 per ticket donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in memory of our late friend, Tom Jacobson.
