Team Kodama is excited about raising money for AIDS Care! Please check out their website for some startling info on HIV and AIDS in the Rochester area, and what AIDS Care is doing to help fight the epidemic. 

Last year team Kodama raised over $1,000 and biked 50 miles. Our 2010 goal is $6,000, and we'll be riding in a 5-day 423 mile tour of the Finger Lakes. This longer tour will help spread awareness of the organization to more Rochester-area communities.

AIDS Care works to educate the community, especially the young people who are most at risk. They provide counseling, free STD testing services, and make sure those who are diagnosed have access to transportation, housing and food services.

It is estimated that in the US, 1 in 4 HIV-positive people do not know that they have the disease! Your donation of $50 pays for 2 people to have an HIV test & counseling.

Your tax-deductible donation goes to AIDS Care, not to supporting the bike ride! You may donate throught this website (fast & secure) or by mailing a check using this pdf form (mail to AIDS Care, 259 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY 14607). We'd love to see you at some of our fundraising events.
