As news and images continue to emerge from Haiti showing the immense devastation and loss of life resulting from this earthquake, many across BBC have been greatly touched and are expressing a strong interest in supporting relief efforts.

Balfour Beatty Construction, as a company, also wants to actively participate in supporting relief efforts. Therefore, we have decided to align with our sister company, Parsons Brinckerhoff, in supporting Save the Children, a charity that has a long-established history of working in Haiti.

BBC will match, dollar for dollar, all employee donations – with a company-issued check up to a maximum ceiling of $25,000.
