Please help Cinder on his way to GOOD health and a happy forever home.  Cinder was found chained out with nothing and his owner gave him up to some our volunteers so they could take him to the Vet and find him a home.

Cinder has Heartworm and some skin issues, he is being treated at the Vet and we need help paying his Vet bills so we can get him healthy and happy and then find him a forever chain free home.  Please help Cinder, he deserves a chance at being a healthy and happy pet.  Thank you
