Mark Edward Stinson Global Health Education Fund

 Mark Edward Stinson, MD., CFHI volunteer and Board Member was a champion of advancing quality healthcare for all.  He devoted his life to emergency medicine and was always ready, at a moment’s notice, to travel to all parts of the globe to bring needed medical care in the worst of disasters.  He was keenly interested in educating the next generation of healthcare professionals and to make sure that they had some experience and understanding of global health issues. 

In memory of his tireless efforts, CFHI has established the Mark Edward Stinson Global Health Education Fund to continue his great legacy.    The Fund will benefit CFHI’s vision of advancing quality healthcare for all and specifically will assist with scholarships for underrepresented students in CFHI’s Global Health Service Learning Rotations in Bolivia, Ecuador, India, Mexico, and South Africa, as well as professional development opportunities for CFHI international grassroots partnerships.
