The National Kidney Foundation is dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases, improving the health and well being of individuals affected by these diseases and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation. <BR><BR> The NKFDV supports patients and their families through research, support groups, public and professional educational programs, nutrition supplement programs and a transportation reimbursement fund for low-income dialysis patients.
