Neil and Beth are doing it again.....freezing for a reason. On February 25th we are going to freeze our butts off in Lake Ahquabi for the Special Olympics Polar Plunge.This will be our 3rd time plunging and it truely is a great cause.

Why are we Plunging? We will be freezing for a reason. All proceeds support Special Olympics Iowa, which provides year-round sports training and competition to children and adults with intellectual disabilities at no cost to the athlete or their caregiver as a means to achieve physical fitness, self- esteem and life skills necessary to be a productive, respected and contributing members of their communities
