Thank you for taking this time to visit my " Polar Plunge" fundraising page for the 6th annual Super Polar Plunge being held on Feb. 25th and 26th, 2011.  Like last year, I will be plunging 24 times in 24 hours into icy Lake Michigan to benefit Special Olympics Illinois.  Yes, it' s very cold and painful but it's worth it!   Knowing that the money we raise will benefit the more than 25,000 athletes statewide keeps me warm!  As you may have noticed by now I have set my fundraising goal very high for this years event. My goal has been set at $11,000.00.  I truely believe with the support of my family, friends and some generous corporations that this goal is within reach..
