This year, a group of bloggers who have Trichotillomania and Dermatillomania banded together and joined forces for the Hands Down-a-Thon hosted by  the Trichotillomania Learning Center

We joined this Hands Down-a-Thon because these two disorders need more awareness. For people who don't know why they pull their hair and pick their skin and ask themselves why.
