Please sponsor me to raise money for Children's Care Hospital and School.  My cousin Sam attends school at Children's Care and I love to hear the great things that CCHS does for him and also many other children. 

I picked up recreational running about three years ago; I have completed three marathons and quite a few half marathons since then.  Rarely is there a time that I am not training for my next running adventure.  My good friend and trainer, Cherie, and I will be participating in a number of running events this year and we feel that our endeavours should go to support the children and school at Children's Care.  Anything you can do to help us in our efforts will be appreciated.  I will update this page when an event is entered and I will also post race results.  You can give a one time donation or visit my page again after results are posted and contribute an amount of your choice per mile covered.  If you are unable to make a monetary donation, then I encourage you to sign up for your own event and and ask your family and friends to sponsor you to raise money for CCHS.  There are many ways to help...be creative:)
