I will be walking with my family in the 7th Annual Aneurysm and AVM Awareness Walk on Sunday, May 6, 2012, in memory of my brother, Allan.  Allan died of a brain aneurysm on April 29, 1996, at the age of 21.  

The Aneurysm and AVM Foundation is a wonderful Bay Area nonprofit that supports research projects, public awareness efforts and patient care initiatives that help those affected by brain aneurysms and AVMs.  I have been a member of the Foundation's board since 2003 and have helped organize the Walk since its beginnings back in 2006.  The funds that I raise through this page will go to support the Foundation's efforts in research, patient care and public awareness.
