The Charleston Miracle League is a baseball league that provides a place for children and adults with mental and physical challenges to play baseball.  Dreams are realized in the wonderful league.  The Braves are one of the original teams to play in the inaugural game in The Charleston Miracle League.  Memories have been made for many participants and fans.  We want these dreams to continue.

Funding for this league comes from grants and donations from the public.  We are always trying to find ways to bring more resources into this league and one method is the Bridging the Gap Through Baseball campaign.  Our goal this year is to raise over $25,000 and we need your help.

The Braves are going to participate in the Cooper River Bridge Run and Kid's Walk.  During these events, we want to raise awareness for the Charleston Miracle League and funds.  What we would greatly appreciate from all of you, is to sponsor us in our effort to help one of Charleston’s greatest diamonds, The Charleston Miracle League, continue to grow.  There is no donation ever that is too small.  Every penny will help this continue to grow.  Every kid deserves a chance to play baseball and with donations from the public, we can help provide this dream to a group of beautiful people that may not get chance any other way.

If financial support is not something you can do, then come out and help us during the games.  The spring season starts March 1, 2008 and we will play every Saturday for the next nine weeks EXCEPT the Saturday that the Cooper River Bridge Run will occur.  Here is a link to the website where you will find general information and the schedule:
