Clearly, there are many worthy charities.  This fund, this year, strikes close to home. 

While the outpouring of love since Hal’s diagnosis has been overwhelming, we were particularly touched by the support and understanding from Janice (Shafran) Roth and Leslie (Shafran) Topus, friends from the “glory days” of Bayard Road in South Euclid.

Our awareness of various cancers has been heightened, and we’d urge you to do what you can, as you can to support the Jack Roth Fund (which supports both cancer research and treatment at Ohio State University's James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Center).

We will be participating May 30 in the 5K (although male Bogarts tend to walk, not run).  Please join us in Columbus, Ohio or, if you prefer, donate here.  It is quick, simple, and totally secure.
