Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you so much for your continued generous support.  We had a great ride on July 11th.  We had nearly 50 riders and the tempermental New England weather was cooperative -- we even had a tail wind when riding along the seacoast.  I was able to complete 80 miles -- and although there were times I rode by myself, I was never alone.  I often thought of my brother and of your friends and family members who you asked me to ride in memory or in honor   of.  Their spirit kept me motivated.

Bob was unable to join me as that he and Michael were needed for sag wagon support.  My mom and her friend were busy throughout the day making sandwiches, cheering the riders on and giving me back rubs!  Colin did not ride this year but instead kept my dad company who recently had cataract surgery.  It was a great family event!

Although I do not know how much we've raised, I do know that every dollar counts in helping us to bridge the gap between the hope and the reality of finding a cure for cancer.
