On January 1, I turned 50!!!!  Please consider supporting the Ronald McDonald House as a birthday present to me and to support families staying at our special Home Away From Home!

I still cannot believe that I ran a HALF Marathon!  It was a magical day as our group of Sole Sisters each crossed the finish line on February 26 at Disney World for the RunDisney Princess Half Marathon......13.1 miles!!!!!     My time was 2:31:56......but I am equally excited to place 197th out of 900 women in my age group!

2012 is going to be an exciting year for me!   We are celebrating the 10th Anniversary of providing care, comfort and hope for families at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Georgia facing the tremendous hardships of having a sick or injured child.

For our 10th Anniversary, I have committed to raising $10,000 to go to our campaign to expand our capacity to serve even more familiies.  To get it started, I am pledging $100 per year we have been serving families for a total of $1,000!
