Each year thousands of families face the thoughts that most never even begin to imagine.  As the leading cancer cause of death in children, brain tumor disease can leave families socially, emotionally and financially devastated.  Since 1983 the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children has been committed to supporting families affected by this disease.  From social outings to foster support networks among our families, to providing informational materials to the newly diagnosed to providing emergency financial assistance, BTFC staff works diligently to meet the needs of our families.

Won't you donate in support of the 11th Annual William's Walk & Run taking place on Saturday, September 12th!  This year's event will embrace a special fall energy as we recognize National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 

All proceeds will support BTFC programs like the Butterfly Fund which provided almost $300,000 in financial support (i.e. rent, utilities, funerals, etc) to families in the 2009 fiscal year.  No matter the amount, your donation counts in the lives of our families.
