The "CF Knotta-Regatta" is about raising sails to help raise funds and awareness for the importance of leading a healthy and active lifestyle with Cystic Fibrosis.  The goal for this year's event is to raise $10,000 toward helping provide Recreation Grants to people living with Cystic Fibrosis.

Sailing can be seen as much like living successfully with CF: 

Taking a force that can theoretically blow you backwards, or even knock you over, and harnessing that as a driving force to propel you forward.
 

We hope you can help fill our sails this year with support of our boat and crew in this year's Knotta-Regatta.  All funds raised through this event will contribute directly toward our providing Recreation Grants to people with CF across the country.  So far CFLF has awarded $57,000 to 97 people.  Your donation will help us reach the 100th person this year!
