Hello Friends and Family...

I'm running in the Pacific Shoreline 5k in Surf City USA, Huntington Beach, CA on the morning of Super Bowl Sunday (Feb 4). 

There was an option to become a fund raiser for a program called The Free Wheelchair Foundation affiliated with this event, and it seemed like a good idea.  You can read more about program in the left sidebar. 

Please consider a small sponsorship if you can (a buck, maybe $5, maybe more, maybe less).  If that's not possible (hey it's after the holidays and nearing tax time after all), then a word of encouragement is great too.
