Rock Your Heart Out For Pulmonary Hypertension
Thank you for visiting Rock Your Heart Out's donation page. If you found your way here, you've probably already checked out our main site, www.fightph.com.
Rock Your Heart Out is a benefit concert to be held in April 2, 2010 at The Earl in East Atlanta, Georgia featuring The Dexateens, Truckstop Coffee, and Prison Book Club. We are raising awareness and funds for the Pulmonary Hypertension Association in an effort to find a cure for pulmonary hypertension.
Pulmonary hypertension is a rare lung disease that affects men and women of all ages and races. People with PH have high blood pressure in the arteries of their lungs, which can lead to breathlessness, chest pain, fatigue and a host of other symptoms. While there’s currently no cure, there are seven FDA-approved therapies available to help patients live better lives.
Please help us by donating on this page or attending the concert. More information can be found at www.fightph.com or at the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. You can also find us on facebook.
