If you're visiting my page, you probably already know my story.  But, if you don't-- In January it will be 4 years since I had surgery for my Desmoid Tumor.  January 15th, 2009, I had a 12-15 pound Desmoid Tumor removed from my abdomen, along with my spleen and part of my Diaphragm and Intesines.  At that time, we had no idea what a Desmoid Tumor was.  But, I was incredibly lucky. My surgeons Dr. Julian Kim and Dr.  Jeff Ponsky from University Hospital in Cleveland saved my life and now, 4 years later, I am healthy, strong, and beyond grateful. 

There are so many other Desmoid patients who need help though.  I was lucky beyond belief, but I want to help the patients who haven't been as fortunate as me.  

On October 21st, my team and I will be running for answers and showing our support for all the patients who need answers and treatment.
