A playground for preschoolers, a pavilion at our summer camp for kids ages 6-16, tickets to a Mets game or a scholarship for dance lessons. These are just some of the many ways Coarc has used past Polar Plunge money to help enhance the lives of people who have disabilities. Yes, it is that time again. Time for me to dress in a costume, surround myself with many of my closest friends and to run screaming like a little girl into frozen Upper Rhoda Pond. Last year Ricky and I dressed as the Heat and Snow Miser from “A Year without a Santa Clause”. This year’s costume is still to be determined, but past years have shown I will look better going in then coming out. As always I hope you are willing and able to support me as I raise funds for Coarc. Even more I hope you will choose to plunge (join team Sled) with me instead of donating. It’s fun, it’s for a very good cause and doesn’t hurt a bit. As always we will be hosting a Post Polar Plunge Party at my house afterward for everyone whether you donate, plunge or just want to enjoy a good party.

As always thank you for any support you can provide and I hope to see you on February 11th.
