After a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia, our family grieves the loss of Lee Turner von Stein, a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.  Lee passed away at daybreak on Thanksgiving morning in Vero Beach.  We have been so blessed to have had him in our lives.  So many wonderful times comfort us now and will keep him in our hearts forever.  

In lieu of flowers, our family has asked you consider making a donation to help support people affected by Lewy Body Dementia (LBD).  LBD is the second most common form of dementia behind Alzheimers Disease and yet, many people have never heard of it.  We need to raise money for research, education and to get the word out about this disabling disease.
