The money raised on this page goes toward the reducing the adoption fees on our older animals that may be in the shelter due to the fact that most people seek puppies and kittens. The Humane Society SPCA of Bexar County is a limited intake facility which means that we never euthanize for space. Your donations make it possible for us to reduce the adoption fees of these animals thereby increasing their chances of being selected as a member of a new family.
