I serve on the Board for Pathways to Wellness.  This is an amazing organization that has dedicated itself to providing service to everyone that needs it regardless of financial situation with a program called share the care.  Pathways to Wellness was founded over twenty years ago in response the the AIDs epidemic.  While still very dedicated to this community, Pathways serves all individuals regardless of their financial status.

Over the past year, three people in my life have suffered from chronic injuries, ranging from back pain to full paralysis.  The individual plights of each of these people has given me a strong personal understanding of the importance of alternative therapies.  Where traditional Western medicine is limited, the services of Pathways often go further to ease suffering ranging from stress to full blown chronic pain every day.

$25	Provides acupuncture supplies for one month of weekly treatments
$50	Provides one free acupuncture treatment for someone living with chronic or terminal illness
$100	Provides one free home care treatment for a home-bound client
$500	Provides 3 months of free weekly acupuncture treatments for someone living with chronic or terminal illness
