I hope you feel like making a lasting difference in someone's life. If so, here's a sobering fact.  It's estimated that over 4,000 children will die TODAY from water-related diseases. Thousands more will get sick with diarrhea, stomach pains, and vomiting.  What's worse is that these diseases are EASILY preventable.

Here's the good news.  YOU can help change that!  I'm currently training for the Redman Full Ironman in Oklahoma City on September 22.  I'll swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.2 miles.  For the sake of these children and families (and, to be honest, my reputation :), rain or shine, hot or cold, I'll give my all to finish!  My goal through this event is to partner with you to provide a lifetime supply of clean drinking water to 141 families in Rwanda, or 1 filtration system for every 1 mile I complete (the total distance for all three events is 140.6 miles).  For a one time donation of $55, you can purchase a system that will filter over 1 million gallons of water.  Or, if you're able, for a one time donation of $550, you can purchase 10 systems for 10 families.  Compassion has done all the hard work; you simply click on the "Donate" button below, give, and know that your gift means a child will be able to drink all the clean water they want, for life!  You can do that, right?
