Did you know that approximately 350 children per month will be diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2012? That means more than 4,000 families will be face-to-face with their child's mortality.

At the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children (BTFC), we are introduced to new families each week. Families who exemplify strength, courage and love. Families who, in the midst of a devastating diagnosis, teach us what it means to be a real TROOPER! Our BTFC families are true TUMOR TROOPERS.

Since 1983 BTFC has been committed to supporting our Tumor Trooper families through social support activities, provision of informational materials, funding research for a cure and/or better treatment options and providing financial assistance when needed most.
