Four year old Sady has a primary diagnosis of cerebral palsy and secondary diagnoses of hyperthyroidism, diabetes, pituitary cyst, and dysplasia retinoid cyst. She cannot walk or talk and is on many medications.    

Because of Sady’s weight, the family needs assistance with some home modifications including a stairlift as she is now confined to one floor of their home. They are also in need of a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
