We have pups who NEED our help!

Chocolate STILL needs your help!!
Bully Paws was called about a pregnant mama in the shelter who had lost half her litter already (shelter babies don't survive very well in shelter conditions).   Because she had lost half her litter, she started to reject the remaining three puppies.  Bully Paws was called to help!  We had Chocolate, Chip and Cookie in our care for about a week and Cookie went to the Rainbow Bridge.  We were DEVASTATED.  A few days later, Chip needed to see a vet.  Chip was diagnosed with Canine Herpes Virus.  Herpes is fatal in puppies.  Herpes does not thrive when the body temperature is HIGH.  So, Chocolate and his foster family have been living in a sauna to get this little squirt through the incubation period.

We have expenses from Chip and Cookie and we want to provide a proper resting place for both of them.  Please consider donating to help us.

Meet Dodger!

Our little Dodger was hit by a car on Interstate 95.  Dodger has a broken leg - take a look at that camo cast on his hind leg!  His broken leg has not given him a broken spirit!!  Dodger also has mange.  We will have some expenses and possibly some physical therapy to get is leg back in to tip top condition!  Of course, the best gift of all for Dodger...is a forever home because LOVE is the best medicine of all!

Meet Jasper!

This poor guy was rescued last Friday from Baltimore, MD by two of our VERY DEDICATED volunteers.

Jasper was found by a Good Samaritan who was letting his dog out in the yard.  His dog began barking so the Good Samaritan went to check it out.  He was HORRIFIED to see poor Jasper tied in the back alley to a fence.

Jasper's body is covered with demodectic mange accompanied with a secondary condition of pustules covering his stomach and groin area. He has a large open sore on his face from scratching.

Jasper is now in a loving foster home beginning to recover.  His foster mom says, "He's so full of life, despite everything he's been through."

Jasper is off to a great start!  Let's make sure his road to recovery is paved with your support!!

Meet Missy - our second rescue pup with Mange

Missy was on owner surrender because they did not want to pay her vet bills.  So, off to the shelter she went.  When tough decisions have to be made at the shelter, the owner surrenders are the first to go.  We rescued her today!!  She is beginning her treatment today.  I'm sure she will be such a pretty little girl!!

Bully Paws has set up an online fundraiser to raise money to cover the medical  treatment for these pups.  Click below to donate!!!

This sweet babies deserve the very best....and our supporters are the very best.  Please help Bully Paws and Chocolate, Dodger, Jasper and Missy

Please keep these pups in your thoughts and prayers - especially Chocolate - she has a long way to grow.
