Burger Day is back! Burger Day is a day of epic proportions. Once a year, the student bodies from Glenbrook North, in Northbrook, IL and Glenbrook South, in Glenview, IL come together to the local McDonalds between the two schools. What started out as a prank to buy out all the burgers from McDonalds has turned into a huge charity event that has raised over $34,000 in the past four events for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. This year we are excited to announce that we will be adding two new schools and an additional Burger Day event! We are happy to share with everyone that New Trier and Loyola Academy have joined the Burger Day team!
Burger Day 9 is going to be on...
SATURDAY April 21, in Glenview IL at the McDonalds in Plaza del Prado, on the corner of Willow and Pfingsten, at 3:00 pm.
and...
SUNDAY April 22, in Winnetka IL at the McDonalds
All proceeds donated on this page and from burgers will be given straight to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. The Burger Day team raises money at the event through selling t-shirts, collecting donations, and by selling burgers. Last year 1,180 burgers were sold, with 100% of proceeds going to RMHC-CNI. This year the team is excited to be offering sponsorships as a new route to gain even more funds for RMHC-CNI.
Please help us reach our goal of $50,000! Thanks for all of your support for this wonderful event, and better yet for this fantastic charity!
Once again THANK YOU!!
The Burger Day 9 Team,
Josh Tolmatsky and Mike Kessler from Glenbrook North
Evan Marinis and Johnny Cowhey from Glenbrook South
Jordan Sacks, Jacob Wolfe and John Friesen from New Trier
Brendan Hulseman and Michael Nash from Loyola Academy
