Dear Friends,
Honoring ten years with $10,000!
For ten years, and since the event’s creation, DMJ has supported the Polar Plunge with vigorous fundraising goals as evidence of our commitment. This year, in honor of our decade long partnership, our challenge is to raise $10,000 for the athletes of Special Olympics North Carolina. DMJ historically has been awarded “Most Money Earned” and the pressure feels even greater this year to provide the athletes the resources they need to experience the joy in the sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other athletes and the community.
Will you join us in supporting the athletes of Special Olympics?
They continue to serve as inspiration to all of us at DMJ who support Special Olympics throughout the year by volunteering and mentoring. Over the past years, on-lookers have cheered as DMJ’s managing partner, Mike Gillis, has leaped into icy and murky waters at the peak of the winter. He has been followed by many more DMJ colleagues who have risen to the challenge despite rain, snow, sleet, and freezing temperatures!
Thank you again for your continued support. Any contribution at any level will place us one step closer to reaching our goal.
Sincerely,
Davenport, Marvin, Joyce & Co., LLP
