I have always had a heart for the individuals, truly special people, who participate in the Special Olympics.  This is my opportunity to give of myself to help out this wonderful organization. 

If you cannot participate in the run, I am asking that you donate something to help this cause.  I am not one to ask for money or to support many organizations, but I truly believe in this one and their mission.  If you agree that this is a worthy cause, please take a minute to donate.  No matter how big or small your donation, just the fact that you felt the need to give something to this organization makes me feel blessed to have family and friends like you.
