70 Dragon Boat teams take to the waters of Downtown Tampa to raise money for The Florida Aquarium and FACTors Breast Cancer Patient Support Program at Moffitt. A full day family fun International Beer & Food Festival accompanies the Racing at Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park.
