Thank you for visiting the fundraising page for the Putnam 7 kitties!

Not long after the close of the Spring semester, a Momma cat and 6 kittens were apparently dumped outside of the Putnam's food service area at the Student Union on UB's north campus. Finding shelter under the large dumpster there, Putnam's workers feared Momma and her kittens would be crushed when the refuse was scheduled to be emptied early the following week.

The UB grapevine got working and Momma and her kitties were rescued over the weekend through the efforts of a number of UB employees. All are currently residing in a foster home, though individual foster homes are needed for the kittens to continue their socialization.

All have seen a veterinarian for initial vaccinations and a health check. All will receive booster vaccinations and will be neutered. All will need forever homes.

Currently we need to raise the $900-$1000 needed for their veterinary care. Any additional funds will be used to provide food, toys, enrichment, etc. Any contribution is greatly appreciated!
