Dear You,

I found my sport in Fourth Grade. After finishing second in the yearly (and dreaded) mile run, I knew that I had found something I could love, that I was destined to be a runner. The next nine years of muddy races, of laughter, of grueling workouts, and of philosophical mid-run conversations proved this to be true.

I have always dreamed of doing the marathon, but I always assumed that I would “get to it” sometime after graduation. Through HCMC I have been given the opportunity to get an early start at fulfilling this dream. I am committed to training hard for the big 26.2, but I will be fundraising just as hard for PBHA and Project Health, two awesome public service organizations on campus. Any donation, big or small, copper or green, will help me to fulfill my commitment to the sport and to my fundraising goals. Thank you for your support!
