Hi, my name is Dawn Delph, welcome to my fundraising page. This website is safe, secure and easy to use. Last year my friend and I chained ourselves for 12 hrs. in my neighborhood to raise awareness of chained and tethered dogs across the country. For this years chain off event we will taking the plight of the dogs to the city, I will be chained from 11:00 a. m. - 7 p. m. on July 3 in Washington DC - on The United States Capitol Grounds - at Upper Senate Park just north of the Capitol Dome across the street from Constitution Avenue. I will also have a petition to sign for stronger tethering laws in the state of Maryland.  Won't you please join us to show your support for dogs all over the world?
